Short Update: Ten temporary Judicial Commissioners to act under the Coronavirus Act 2020 in UK

The Investigatory Powers Commissioner's Office ("IPCO") provides independent oversight and authorisation of the use of investigatory powers by intelligence agencies, police forces and other public authorities. On the 21 April, it announced that its Commissioner has now appointed ten temporary Judicial Commissioners under the Coronavirus Act 2020. This information can be found in the 'IPCO Announcements' section of its website.
