Short Update: Romania suspends obligations of people serving non-custodial sentences

The rights and obligations of people executing non-custodial sentences and educative measures have been suspended in Romania during the state of emergency.  

This includes suspension of the requirement to attend in person meetings (or receive visits) from probation services, obligations to provide unpaid community service, and requirements to attend school or vocational education or social reintegration programs.
