The Joint Human Rights Committee ("JHRC") has drafted a Bill to protect personal privacy of data gathered by the 'COVID-19 Contact Tracing App'. On 7 May, the JHRC sent this draft to the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care. It has also called for the Secretary of State Matt Hancock to expediate the adoption of it as a Government Bill.
