FairTrialsAdmin - May 25, 2020 - COVID-19 Updates, Court closures

Similarly, to the courts, also the prosecutor's offices are slowly getting back to normal operation while adopting increased hygiene standards based on the Emergency Measure no. MZDR 5757/2020-19/MIN/KAN issued by the Ministry of Health on 25 May 2020. The use of phones or electronic means of communication is still highly recommended.

Along with the functioning of the courts, the prosecutors' attendance to the courts is being restored as well mirroring activity of the criminal courts.
