The Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) and the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) have suspended all hearings coming before the courts.
Both the CJEU and the ECHR cancelled all hearings scheduled for March and April and suspended deadlines for applications for a month. CJEU officials have switched to teleworking and will focus on priority cases. The ECHR, which has closed the courthouse to the public, will also continue to handle priority cases.
