The National Council of Justice (CNJ) made court statuses’ and deadlines public in June for all Brazilian courts. This allows people to easily identify which courts still have suspended court deadlines due to COVID-19 and which are operating as usual. The judiciary’s in-person activities are also resuming. The re-establishment of judicial activities has been occurring gradually since June 15, subject to the verification of the sanitary and public health conditions in the court.
