LEAP Advisory Board member for Portugal Vania Costa Ramos has published an article entitled ‘Using European law in criminal practice’.
The article first appeared in its original Portuguese format in the Bulletin of the Order of Advocates in Portugal, and concerns the Interpretation and Translation Directive and how it may be invoked by practitioners by pleading nullity or irregularity of procedural acts.
