Dara Robinson

Dara is a recently retired long-term specialist criminal defence lawyer, with significant experience in both the United Kingdom, where he qualified as a solicitor, and the Republic of Ireland. His practice encompassed the whole spectrum of serious crime, from first instance trials to final appeal including the European Court of Human Rights.
In addition, he dealt with numerous cases involving cross-border jurisdictions, including Extraditions, European Arrest Warrants, and multi-country investigations.
He has been involved with Fair Trials for several decades. He has been an active member of the Legal Experts Advisory Panel to Fair Trials since its inception and has been the Advisory Board member for Ireland for well over a decade.
